How to Shop

All you have to do is click on the picture of the garment you are interested in. A more detailed picture will appear as well as further descriptions of the piece. You can add an item to your cart by clicking 'add to cart' or purchase items by clicking 'check out' at any time.
Clicking on 'basket contents' will give you an editable list of items in your basket, and clicking on 'checkout' will take you to a page where you can either store your shipping info with us for future convenience or place an order without an account.Ordering Info

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover credit card orders & PayPal payments only. Sorry, no checks or money orders.
All credit card transactions are completed on a secure server. This secure server encrypts your personal information to make on-line credit card usage as reliable and safe as it is in a brick-and-mortar business environment.
All info you place with PacificPlex.com is confidential and will NEVER be used for any purpose other than completing transactions. If you opt in for our mailing list, you will recieve email updates & special offers, & you may unsubscribe at any time.
All orders will recieve a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
Shipping
We ship exclusively via US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are based on your total purchase for one or multiple items. Tracking is included on all packages. Orders are shipped within 2 business days (monday-friday).
US customers can choose:
• Priority 3 Day with Delivery Confirmation
• Domestic Express 1-2 Day with Insurance (requires signature)
California residents are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
Signature required for orders over $100.00
For Canada:
• Canada Express 7-10 Days (insurance included, requires signature)*
International customers:
• Global Express 7-10 Days (insurance included, requires signature)*
*We are not responsible for time to clear customs, which can extend delivery time. Customer is responsible for any customs duty charges.
International customers - we appreciate your business, but we cannot mark your package as 'gift'.
We are not responsible for packages once tracking status shows ‘Delivered’.

Return Policy
Please ask all questions before purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund for the price of the item (shipping is non-refundable).
Refunds are not granted after 30 days. If we receive your return after 30 days from your date of receipt, you will have the opportunity to exchange for any store item(s) of equal or lesser value at that time.
Please fill out the brief return form on the reverse side of the invoice you received with your order & return it with the item.
No RAN (Return Authorization Number) is required.
If your exchange request is unavailable, we will process it as a refund instead.
Your return must also meet the following guidelines:
- Orders must be returned in the condition received with tags attached.
- If you are returning swimwear, shapewear, or panties, the protective liner must be in place.
Refunds will not be granted for items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
We will promptly issue your exchange or refund upon receiving your return provided it meets the above guidelines.
