If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for an exchange or full refund for the price of the item(s). Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. There will be no exceptions of any kind after 30 days for returns or exchanges. If your exchange request is unavailable, we will process it as a refund instead or give you an option for other choices.

Any damaged, defective, wrong item(s) or mis-sized item(s) must be reported to us by email or phone within 5 days from time of receipt of order. We encourage you to immediately open package and inspect item(s) upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if any issues are unreported after the 5 day grace period.
Orders must be returned in original, new condition with tags attached, and all original accessories such as scarf & straps must be included.
Swim wear, shape wear, undergarments, or intimate wear are Non-returnable and are Final Sale.
Refunds will not be granted for items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
We will promptly issue your exchange or refund upon receiving your return provided it meets all of the above guidelines, and you will be notified by email that we have received report of your order issue .
