"I recently received the above order (item #ci-3855), and I just wanted to write and thank you all. From start to finish, my interaction with your shop was surprisingly and amazingly easy and pleasant to do business with. When I was concerned about inventory, I called to speak to someone. She was helpful, considerate and very sweet, I'm only sorry I didn't get her name so I could mention her personally! Your sizing chart was very accurate and detailed - I've not seen many stores use an "Under bust" measurement, and that really helped me determine size well. Ordering online was easy of course, and the provided tracking numbers allowed me to easily coordinate delivery (making sure someone was there to receive it).

And the dress is better than I had even hoped! Your photo on the site was nice, but the dress is even better in person, I was astonished! I am a somewhat odd size, so I will be having the dress slightly altered, but I couldn't be happier with the appearance and quality of the piece. I am going to be getting married in this dress, so you can imagine how happy I was to see that it was even more beautiful than I'd thought! Not to mention the additional materials included with the dress- the matching shawl was an unexpected and very welcome touch, as are the optional spaghetti straps, which I may be having put on.

I have been telling everyone I know about your site/store, and recommending you highly. I am going to be coming back to your site again, that much is certain.
